At Audio Uprising, we want you to be completely satisfied with your streetwear and accessories; if your gear isn't hitting the right note, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure apparel is unworn, unwashed, and still has the original tags attached before placing it back in its original packaging.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange is processed.
